I grew up chasing my basketball dreams, which eventually led me to play at the Division I level. The discipline, resilience, and opportunities I gained through basketball changed my life — and I knew I wanted to help others experience the same.

After competing as a Division I athlete, I transitioned into coaching and became an Athletic Director at Xavier University (US). In that role, I guided countless student-athletes, managed recruiting pipelines, and built strong relationships with coaches at both the high school and college levels.

Now, I’ve taken that experience and built a service to help athletes — especially those overlooked or unsure of where to start — get noticed by the right schools.

Meet Naimah Abdullah
As a former Division 1 basketball player, coach, and athletic director, I’ve dedicated my life to helping athletes succeed. I’ve worked with athletes across the U.S., Africa, and the Middle East, and now I help student-athletes connect with colleges and high schools worldwide.
